Friends of the Dean Heritage Centre
Who are The Friends of the Dean Heritage Centre and what is our purpose?
The Friends are an organisation of supporters dedicated to promoting and assisting the Dean Heritage Centre, by donating funds for projects or items needed.
How can I get involved?
The opportunities to help are extremely varied, but the main focus is on fundraising for the Centre, with each Friend paying an annual subscription. From time to time, the Friends also undertake fund raising initiatives such as raffles, running stalls and have even successfully secured a grant in the past. Practical help with these activities would be very much appreciated, as would participation in the running of the Friends itself by joining the committee. Whether you can spare an occasional hour or could volunteer on a weekly basis and whatever your experience and expertise, we would love to hear from you, so please get in touch.
